OK for anyone wanting budget accomodation but poor for anyone looking for a family holiday hotel

Poor choice of breakfast. Large rooms, but could have been cleaner with basic furniture. General location Ok but immediate surrounding area very run down and poorly maintained.

Very short, we had to move our!! !!

Unfortunately we didn't have information about the low season so we found ourselves almost alone.....

The place was completely empty...... no people around!!!!

friendly and helpful staff, everyday cleaning, pool, very short walk to the beach and 7/11, bikes and motorcycles available, only 8 km to Ban Phe (with pier and local markets)

Peaceful getaway

I love that is very peaceful that it feels we are tje only guests. The staff were polite and though there was a bit of struggle they made effort to communicate using google translate. The area is not crowded as well so its also very relaxing. We had a little walk to the beach and had it all to ourselves. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay. The price is worth it and just what we needed.

The bed was a bit hard and there were no hooks at the bathroom.

Excellent service nothing too much effort.

Owner 'Great' so helpful good English gave us a choice of rooms A new hotel for the young owner and she really makes an effort for her guests. Wonderful food served for us in our room and very reasonable too.Good breakfast, wi-fi, large room, free water/ coffee available all day lovely pool and nice pool area. Plenty of parking with beach ,7/11 just 100m away. Wi=ill always make this our hotel when in Rayong.

Some hooks in the outdoor shower room, for clothes.

Tasty breakfast, nice area, very close to the beach though the beach itself was quite dirty

good breakfast. big rooms. The location could not have been better just 2 mins away from the beach. Water is very clean however beach i found little dirty. lot of trash.

Great location, good breakfast and good facilities.

Great location, good breakfast and good facilities. The pool was clean and the beach was a quick walk away from the hotel. 7/11 about 5 minutes walk away, in case you forgot to pack the essentials.

No bad points... the staff were friendly and the breakfast was filling.

adequate hotel, close to the beach, with a good wifi...

adequate hotel, close to the beach, with a good wifi connection and a large parking lot. A seven eleven is 100 meters away only. Good dinner, with local curry not the bland one prepared in other hotels. Large breakfast. A good value for the money hotel. Close to Ban phe, by car, to enjoy fresh fish & seafood.

Nothing much to do or eat around.

Very well-located on a quiet lane off the main road, but a 2-minute walk from a great beach, beautiful clean water. The hotel pool is pleasant too. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and kind. The whole place was very clean, and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast ~ good coffee, good juice, eggs and sausages, toast, fried rice, etc.

No seconds thanks.

Close to beach and shops . Had transport so made it a bit easier to get from place to place at your pace. Aquarium was worth going to as we liked so much went twice. The pool was the best part of our stay.

The smell from bathroom after awhile it took over as we stayed for 7 days most people only stay for 2-3 days.

the swimming pool is ok, the parking is large

no lift, air conditionning system noisy, bathroom not very clean, staff didn't clean the room on the second day, just give clean towells
